Scenario 8 - Agronomic Recommendations
8.0 Overview
Like Plans, Recommendations are a data model for growers and advisors to share information before the growing season. Whereas Plans document intentions, Recommendations document advice. Recommendations may respond to Plans or they may be independent of any Plans. E.g.s.:
- The advisor recommends the crops to be planted on each field based on past rotational practices and anticipated market conditions.
- The advisor recommends certain varieties and rates to be planted on each field based on soil and other agronomic considerations.
